Terms of use
ChambaDraft. This text was prepared from the app’s source code and is awaiting review. It is not legal advice.
Who you are agreeing with

By downloading or using Chamba you accept these terms. If you do not, don’t use the app.
What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Chamba on devices you own or control, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or redistribute it.
Your content is yours
The tasks you write belong to you. They are stored only on your device — I have no copy, no access, and no ability to retrieve them.
That has one consequence worth stating plainly: if you delete the app, lose your device, or your local data is corrupted, the content is gone, and I cannot restore it. There is no server-side backup because there is no server. If your data matters to you, keep your device backed up.
Subscriptions and purchases
Chamba offers an optional subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Both are sold and processed by Apple, and are subject to Apple’s terms.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings — I cannot do it for you.
- Any free trial is provided as an Apple introductory offer under Apple’s rules.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Request one through Apple’s support.
What stays free
The core loop stays free, and always will: checking in, matched suggestions, the attention intercept, and notifications. That is the part of Chamba that actually does the work, and it is never going behind a payment.
The free tier holds up to 10 active tasks at once. Completed tasks do not count toward that, so finishing things makes room. Stages — breaking one task into a chain of smaller ones — and the Path are the paid additions.
Paid features are additions. They are never the loop itself.
What Chamba is not
Chamba is a planning tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not a treatment, diagnosis, or clinical intervention for ADHD or anything else. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in the app should be treated as such.
No warranty
Chamba is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent Mexican law permits, I make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost data, lost time, or missed commitments. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and ending
I may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with the date it changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute falls to the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have where you live.
